Something in between classic Cardio & a Dance workout 🙂 super fun, but no need to learn a choreo ♥︎ / Werbung
This is also suitable for Level MEDIUM people!

Time flies by with the great music! And you won’t even notice that you did lots of High Knees, Jumping variations, Ups & Downs, Mountain Climbers & Co. ♥︎ It definitely feels easier than a standard HIIT routine – but the exercises are similar!

▸ HIIT / Cardio moves, matched on happy music
▸ not dancy, no choreo
▸ mood: happy, energetic, sweaty
