b) I finally found my dream house in Ibiza! ♥︎ This is the first dance workout I created in my new house and filming this it on the cliffs had me a bit emotional 🥲
This Dance Workout:
▸ made me lose at least 5 liters of sweat haha.
▸ is a mix of SEXY and HAPPY. Not as bossy as the Boss B*tch, but definitely more sexy & booty shaking than usual!
▸ include lots of HAPPY JUMPING. I kind of got inspired by the festival season 😀
▸ is a 7.5/10 intense. Made me sweat like a wateeeerfall (maybe also the 33°C? :D) but we don’t have plank jumps, burpees or similar moves in here. Only standing!
