I know the reality of not having fancy equipment to get your sweat on, so if you are looking to start adding some strength exercises to your routine to see some lean muscle tone and to boost what you’re already doing, you are in the right place!
In this workout we will be using regular household items; laundry detergent (with a handle), water bottles, cans, and a couch/chair to get our sweat on.
When you realize that you can see amazing results with limited resources, you start to feel more empowered and excited about your journey, so I hope that this workout does just that for you.
Maybe you will continue to get creative and use different items to challenge you even more! My only caution is that you stay safe and use what you know will help you keep proper form!
