People like me who don’t have time to go to Gym and want to Stay Fit in this new Work From Home / Hybrid Work culture, these videos are for them.
This WFH culture during COVID had made me super lazy and weak. So, now I have decided to get back to my old fitness routine and start this journey again.
Due to busy schedule I am also unable to workout daily, so I try to workout at least 3 times / week and trying to maintain a Healthy Lifestyle.
