These are the 6th and 7th legs and butt exercises with Female Fitness Model Kaycie Davis.
6th is Squats. Try either the beginner or Advanced Deep squats. Keep the weight on your heel, abs tight, sit your butt back, and don’t let your knees come forward past your toes. Find a weight that challenges you for 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
7th is Single leg squats with back foot on bench. Keep the weight on your front heel and sit your butt back and go down. Do 2sets of 10-12 reps per leg.
Resting 90 seconds between each set.
