Training back and biceps together are a great combination workout because biceps are used to assist with all back exercises. Trainer Lindsay takes you through 4 supersets, two exercises back to back without a rest period.
Each exercise should be between 12-15 reps and each superset should be done 3 times with about a 60-second rest period between each superset. Each superset is outlined below:
-Lat Pull Down
-Alternating Bicep Curl
-Straight Arm Pull Down
-Single Arm Dumbbell Row
-Bent Over Barbell Row
