Want to build bigger shoulders? Here’s an overlooked dumbbell shoulder exercise you can test out during your next shoulder workout. Not a regular overhead barbell press or seated dumbbell press, but instead, a standing single arm shoulder press. This deltoid exercise has a couple of unique advantages, including a more natural range of movement for the delts and an easier setup. There are ultimately many acceptable overhead press variations, but this is one shoulder training movement most people don’t even think of.
