This is my current Glute & Hamsting workout. I am so sorry about the quality of this video, it was my first attempt at filming in the gym and I now know not to have the camera portrait – I couldn’t re-film at the moment as I had to sneak this at 3am but let me know if you want to see more workout videos and don’t forget to give this a thumbs up!
Exercises:
15 Minutes Cardio
Glute Bridge Raises 3 x 20.
Superset x 3: Curtsey lunges x 10 & Kettlebell swings x 10
Stiff leg deadlifts 3 x 10-12
Raised Leg Lunges 3 x 10 Each Leg
One Leg Cable Kickbacks 3 x 10 Each Leg
